Founded in 2006, Orbit Building is a family owned and operated residential building company. Meet the Director - Vasko Krkovski

Vasko’s undeniable love and passion for the building and construction industry is reflected in the quality of his work.

 

Vasko Krkovski is the principal and founder of Orbit Building Pty Ltd. Before becoming a professional builder he was a master carpenter and foreman for over 10 years. During this time, he developed a broad range of skills, knowledge and expertise. Vasko’s passion for building was the driving force that led him to complete his building course, obtain his industry license and start his own building company.

 

Early on, Vasko saw that completing projects on time and within budget was very important to clients; he was inspired to complete his Diploma in Project Management to deliver a fully integrated service as a builder and project manager to his clients. As a result, he knows what it takes to make a building project a success and bring all architectural concepts to life.

 

A big part of his role involves supporting, liaising and dealing directly with architects, consultants and clients, managing on-site tasks, defining project outcomes and ensuring every aspect of the project runs effortlessly at all times. He brings a flexible, collaborative and open attitude to every project, with a clear sense of control across all trades. Should there be any on-site issues, Vasko is always on hand to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring peace of mind for our clients. The goal is to always create a safe workplace that is conducive to an efficient and highly effective output.
