From the outset Vasko was pro-active with ensuring that all the design elements were practical, functional and cost effective.  To this end Vasko had numerous discussions with the architect, the owners (my wife and I) and specialist trades.  This resulted in design changes that proved to be highly effective.

During the building operations, Vasko was on-site very often and continually identified potential issues in the building process, and dealt with them efficiently and in a cost effective manner.  He also recommended many of the materials that we ended up incorporating into the works, which greatly enhanced our house.
